Uttarakhand - Terminate (End) a Live-In Relationship (Living Together)

Procedure

Note : It is mandatory to register a termination of live-in relationship in Uttarakhand if you have registered with the state.
Register Online through Uniform Civil Code

1. To register online use the following link : Register Link
2. In the above link click on "View Documents" option to understand about the documents that are needed for registering the relationship that is listed on the side of "Termination of Live-in Relationship".
3. To register a termination of relationship, please click on "Apply Here" button to proceed with registration.
4. In the next screen make sure your are logging in as "Citizen", enter the user login credentials and captcha to login or if you are new to this portal, please click on the "Do not have an account? Register here" option on the bottom to register yourself and login.
5. Once logged in, please look for "Termination of Live-in Relationship" option and proceed with registration.

Apply through CSC:

1. To Download or View Birth Certificate for the existing birth certificate registration, the applicant has to approach the nearest CSC : Link

   NOTE:To check the contact details of the CSC centre, please select the District and Block.

2. The applicant has to visit the nearest centre.
3. The applicant has to inform all the details to the respective operator.
4. The operator will enter the details in the portal with the given details.
5. The applicant will get the downloaded certificate from the operator.
6. Please pay as per applicable service charges if any.
7. The processing time for this procedure is immediate.
