1. Access this site: BPS.
2. Proceed to Taxpayers Registry Web.
3. Sign up.
4. Once the application is approved, attend personally. Set an appointment first through the Service Agenda Web.

• Form 0351 "Registration and Update" (3-way), with a professional ring
• Form 0352 "Related individuals" or 0353 "Legal persons linked" as appropriate (3-way)
• Form R-500 "Declaration Registers Rural" (BPS) and Annex to correspond with a professional ring
• 2 photocopies of identity cards of trust or representatives of the legal person
• copy of the Escrow Agreement and testimony
