Procedure

1. Go to the office of Ministry of Economy and Finance, General Revenue.
2. Complete an application form.
3. Submit all required documents.

Required Documents

• Form 0351 "Registration and Update" in 3-way professional ring
• Form 0352 "Related individuals" (in 3 ways)
• Form 0380 (3-way) with a professional ring
• 2 photocopies of identity cards of managers
  • If a third party to perform the procedure, you must submit two copies of their identity cards
• Original or certified copy of the contract
• one photocopy of the contract and 2 photocopies Notarization stating:
  • Signature of all members of the Board of Directors (if it is a housing cooperative,
  • only signatures of the legal representatives) data members:
  • Name, should be set if you have no middle name
  • Identity
  • Marital status
  • Nationality
  • Legal Capacity
  • Home Address
  • Authority (eg. President, Secretary, etc.) as minute books, designating authorities last date and names, activity that will develop.
  • Date of incorporation and date of approval of the statutes.
  • Official address, specifying in which streets are located. This address corresponds to where the activities are carried out effectively
  • inactivity of the company from the date of the contract start date, if applicable
