Procedure

1. Go to the Directorate General of Livestock Services office.
2. Fill out a registration form.
3. Submit required documents.
4. Pay the registration fee.

• Payment must be paid in the Collector Office 1st. Basement of the Ministry of Livestock, Agriculture and Fisheries (MCAP), 1476 Constituent Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 13:00.
