ProcedureEdit

  1. Fill up the application form. Information about ongoing voter's inability to move independently must be specified in the form.
  2. Attach a copy of your identification to the application form.
  3. The commission will review the applicant's eligibility and documents submitted before making a decision to include the name of the applicant on the electoral roll.
  4. The applicant will be notified about the inclusion of his/her name in the electoral roll.
