Rajasthan - Online Register a Land or Property
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Registering a Land or Property
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : Now click “Property Valuation for Citizen” option in the left side of the page. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 4 : Now enter your mobile number and click the tab highlighted in RED in the below image to receive OTP.
- Step 5 : Enter document details and click “Next” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 6 : Complete payment summary section and click “Calculate Stamp Duty” tab highlighted in RED in the below image. After calculating the amount click “Save” tab highlighted in RED.

- Step 7 : Then click “Proceed for Party Details” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Complete party details section and click “Save” tab highlighted in RED. Then click “Next Step: Payment” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 9 : Choose the payment type as applicable and click “Save” tab. Then click “Online Time Slot Booking” tab highlighted in RED in the below image. Click "Finalise & Exit" tab once you have booked the slot. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.
- Step 10 : Choose the slot available in Blue color and it is highlighted in yellow in the below image. Then enter your CRN number and click “VERIFY CRN NO.” tab highlighted in RED. Then enter the OTP in the textbox and click “GENERATE OTP” tab highlighted in RED. Then click “PROCEED” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 11 : For Registration, personally submit printout of the Report along with related documents to the Sub Registrar Office in exact time and date which is displayed in your acknowledgement slip and follow as per authorities guidelines to register the property.
