Punjab - Online Register a Land or Property
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Registering a Land or Property
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “Register” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image for registration.
- Step 4 : Complete the registration form with valid details and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 5 : Enter the valid credentials and click “Get OTP” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Now enter the OTP and click “Login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : Now click “Document Entry” option under “Document Entry” section at the left side of the page. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in Yellow. Then click “New Document Entry” tab highlighted in RED.
- Step 8 : Now complete the form page with valid details and click “Save & Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 9 : Now complete party details. Make sure you enter two party details. Set one party as presenter by clicking “Set as Presenter” tab highlighted in RED. Then to move to next section please click the next section name as shown in RED in the below image.

- Step 10 : Complete witness section with valid details and click “Save” tab highlighted in RED. Then click on the next section name as shown in RED in the below image.

- Step 11 : Complete identifier section with valid details and click “Save” tab highlighted in RED. Then click on the next section name as shown in RED in the below image
- Step 12 : Now you will be taken to fee calculation section. Click “Calculate & Save” tab highlighted in RED to calculate fee. Then click “Save & Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 13 : Now check the pre-registration information you have provided. Then click on the next section name as shown in RED in the below image
- Step 14 : To attach files click “Choose File” option highlighted in RED. To upload them click “Upload/Update” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image. Then click on the next section name as shown in RED in the below image
- Step 15 : Now click “Submit Application” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 16 : Select the date and shift to book an appointment from the dropdown menu and it is highlighted in yellow in the below image. Slots which are not marked in RED indicate that they are available. Refer the below image where it is pointed out by RED arrow.
- Step 17 : For Registration, personally submit printout of the Report along with related documents to the Sub Registrar Office in exact time and date which is displayed in your acknowledgement slip and follow as per authorities guidelines to register the property.
