Philippines - Online Register Social Security System SSS Number

STEP 1: Here are the steps on how you can apply for a Social Security System (SSS) number online. To know more about the procedure and the documents you will need to submit when you apply, please check out this link : Required Documents – Apply for a Philippine Social Security System (SSS) Card

STEP 2: To start your online application, click this link – Apply Online. When the page opens, look for the text highlighted in RED below and click it.

STEP 3: On the next page, a step by step guide will be shown along with some reminders. After reading it, if you think you are ready to process your application click the “Start” button (Highlighted in RED).

STEP 4: The link will open the Registrant Record Verification Form (shown below) which you will need to complete.

STEP 5: After you have completed the form, tick the certification button (Encircled in RED). To submit your application, click the “Submit” button (Highlighted in GREEN).

STEP 6: After you have submitted the form, a confirmation link will be sent to the e-mail address that you have provided on your application.

STEP 7: Open the email sent to you by SSS and click the link (Highlighted in ORANGE box) to continue your application.

STEP 8: The link will redirect you back to SSS’s website where you will be asked to complete the basic information and contact form.

STEP 9: After completing the basic and contact information form, indicate the reason why you need a SSS number by ticking the appropriate button (Highlighted in RED). To find more information regarding the matter, you may click the question mark button (Encircled in GREEN). Once you are done with the form, click the “Next” button (Highlighted in ORANGE box).

STEP 10: On the next page, provide information about your social status and details about your birth.

STEP 11: When you are done with the form, click the “Next” button (Highlighted in RED).

STEP 12: Next, you will need to provide information about your benificiary(ies).

STEP 13: When you’re done with the benificiary(ies) form move on to the next step by clicking the “Next” button (Highlighted in RED box).

STEP 14: This is the summary page containing all the information that you have provided in your application. Review the form and make sure that all the entries are correct.

For the last step, click the “Generate SSS Number” button (Highlighted in RED box) to receive your SSS number.

STEP 15: The system will generate and show you your SSS number. Print your e-personal record (you will need to submit this later on) and your SSS number slip. Also, you will receive an email confirmation which contains your SSS number and instructions on how you can complete your SSS number application.

STEP 16: To complete the registration process, go to any SSS branch and submit your printed e-personal record together with all the required documents.
