• Go to the Drivers License Center.
• Fill in the necessary form
  • DL-901 Non Commercial Drivers License to renew Form

• Make a check / money order payable to PenDOT
• Mail the application with the fees to PennDOT, PO Box 68272, Harrisburg PA 17106-8272

Apply Online

• Go to Online Messenger Service
• Use the same form : DL 901 form
