Procedure

1. To register a trademark, applicants must submit their application in person to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
2. Applicants will need to complete and submit an application for registration and protection of a trademark, and pay the application fee.
3. It may take about 6 months for the Ministry to process the application.
