    • if you are temporarily out of state
    • Your license is not expired
    • Not a valid without photo license
    • Driving privileges is not under investigation
  • Send a request letter to the DPS
  • Provide the following data in your letter
    • Full name
    • Date of birth
    • Drivers license number
    • 2 proof of identification
    • Current address in Oklahoma
    • Attach the fees
