Nagaland - Online Register as Teacher
Apply Online through NCTE Portal:
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. - Step 2 : To register as teacher through National Council for Teacher Education by online, click on the following link : Apply Online
- Step 3 : Now, scroll down to the bottom and Click on the “OTPRMS Teacher-Pupil Registration” hyperlink which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

- Step 4 : If you have login credentials, enter the required details and click on the “Login” button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image below.

- Step 5 : If you do not have Username and Password, click on “Register now” hyperlink which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below.

- Step 6 : Now, a registration form will be displayed, please enter all the required details and hit on “Register” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

- Step 7 : You will receive OTP at your registered E-mail Id, click on "OTP" box which is pointed with a "RED" arrow to enter the OTP code. Then, click on the “Submit” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below.

- Step 8 : The 'Teacher-Pupil Registration' form will appear on screen, in the first section you need to provide your 'Personal Details' as shown in the image below.

- Step 9 : In the next section, you have to enter your 'Contact Details' as given the image below.

- Step 10 : After filling it, move on to 'Teacher Education Profile', where you have to provide your qualification details. In order to upload a document click on "Choose File" button which is pointed with "GREEN" arrow and then select "Add" button which is highlighted in "YELLOW" in the image given below if you want to add any additional details.

- Step 11 : In the 'Other Educational Qualification' section, fill the details as prompted and click on "Choose File" button which is pointed with "GREEN" arrow to upload documents. Lastly, click on "Save" button which is highlighted in "RED" in the image below to save the above information.

- Step 12 : In the last section, upload your photo and signature following the formats and click on "Captcha" box which is pointed with "RED" arrow. Then, finally hit on "Submit Application" button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image below to submit the application form.

- Step 13 : Now enter your “Username” and “Password” and click the “Login” button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image below.

- Step 14 : Now, read the note and click on the People option and check your form if any corrections means correct it by clicking on the “Update” button.
- Step 15 : Please put a check mark in the 'I agree' box and click on the “Freeze Profile Details” and then click “Ok” button.
- Step 16 : After that Once again it will show your details, check that and put a tick Mark in the “I agree” box and click on the “Freeze Profile Details” and then click “OK” Button.
- Step 17 : Next do payment by clicking on the “Proceed for Payment” and pay the amount.
- Step 18 : After paying print the Payment acknowledgement and application for Future reference.
- Step 19 : Follow authorities instructions to get the registration certificate.
