1. Go to your designated Registry of Motor Vehicles
2. Completely filled the CDL Application
   1. Available at any RMV Office
   2. Download at their website in the forms and files sectioN
3. Present the application, required identification documentation
4. Pay the required fee.

Eligibility

• At least 21 years old
• No existing drivers license or right to operate.

Fees

General Knowledge Written test $30.00
Each CDL Endorsement $10.00
Road test $20.00

Validity

This permit is valid for two (2) from the date of issue.

Social security number- verified.

Need for the Document

To be authorized to operate a vehicle in all States, you can apply for a Commercial Drivers license (CDL) or permit. So long as you are able to comply with the minimum requirements of this permit, it would be best to apply for a CDL.
