Madhya Pradesh - Online Obtain Duplicate Copy for SSLC MarkList

- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page click “Counter Based Forms” option. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 4 : Now click “Application Form” hyperlink under “Dupl./Corr. – Certificate/Marksheet/Migration”. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 5 : Select the class as “10th” and document type as “Duplicate Marksheet” from the dropdown menu. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED. Then select other details as applicable. Then enter your valid roll number and click “Submit” tab highlighted in RED.
- Step 6 : Then follow the screen instructions and click appropriate tab to complete the process of obtaining duplicate marksheet.
