Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents to Register as Contractor
Step 2 : To register as contractor, the applicant has to use the following link : Apply Online
Step 3 : In the given page, please select either “North Zone/South Zone/North East Zone/Central Zone” hypertext which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below as per your area.

  • The procedure given below is same for all the zones.

Step 4 : In the resulting page please enter the “Email Id” and “Password” in the prompted space and check the "I agree to the terms and condition..." box which is pointed with "YELLOW" arrow. Then, click “Login” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below.

Step 5 : If you are a new user then use the “Create an account” hyperlink which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below to get new screen for registration.

Step 6 : Please fill in the details as appropriate and check the "I agree to the terms of service..." box which is pointed with "RED" arrow. Next, click “Submit” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below register and then login.

Step 7 : On the successful registration of the account you will receive a link to login. Click on “login” hyperlink which is pointed with “RED” arrow in the image below.

Step 8 : In this page, please enter your registered Email Id and Password and check the "I agree to the terms and condition..." box which is pointed with "GREEN" arrow. Then, click “Login” button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image below.

Step 9 : Applicant will reach dashboard. In the dashboard please select “Registration/Renewal” tab which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below.

Step 10 : In the given options, select “Annexure 1” tab which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below on the left part of the page.

Step 11 : The 'Annexure 1' application form will be displayed on your screen for you to enter all the required details, for reference please check the image below.

Step 12 : Under 2(a) and 3(a), enter your address details as per the prompts as shown in the image below.

Step 13 : For 7(a) and 9(a), you need provide details of your Managing Partner and Other Partners. After filling it, move to next section where you have provide your Bank Details and enter the amount as prompted which is shown in the image below.

Step 14 : In section 11, provide the details of the 'Technical Person appointed for execution of works' as shown in the image below.

Step 15 : In section 12, enter the 'List of Works executed' as given in the image below.

Step 16 : In the next section, enter the information of the concerned department or service that you have chosen above. For reference please check the image given below.

Step 17 : Next, provide the 'Details of Registration as contractor in Public Work Departments' and finally hit the “Save” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below at the bottom.

Step 18 : Applicant will get preview of the entered application form. If all are OK then please select “Submit” button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image below.

Step 19 : Now from the left part of the screen select “Submit Documents” tab which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below under “Registration/Renewal”.

Note :
  • Here, you can upload necessary documents only after submitting 'Annexure 1' application form.
Step 20 : Please upload the appropriate documents at the prompted space and make payment for this process if applicable. Finally click “Submit” button at the bottom.
Step 21 : Applicant will get an acknowledgement for the online submission of application. Please save it for future reference.
Step 22 : This application will be processed internally. Upon successful verification and approval contractor license will be issued as per applicable norms.
