Jharkhand - Online Register for Bio-Medical Waste
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Registering Bio-medical waste
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : Click on “New Registration” option highlighted in RED.
- Step 4 : Complete the registration form and click “Submit” tab highlighted in RED.
- Step 5 : Enter the OTP and click “Submit” tab highlighted in RED.
- Step 6 : Now click “Sign-Up/Login” menu which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : Enter the login credentials and click “Login” tab highlighted in RED.
- Step 8 : Click on “Apply CAF” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 9 : Choose the option as “Yes” and click “Submit” tab highlighted in RED.
- Step 10 : Select the department and service as applicable from the dropdown menu and click “Submit” tab highlighted in RED.
- Step 11 : Now click on “Apply” tab against biomedical service which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 12 : Complete the first section with valid information and click “Occupier Details” section highlighted in RED.

- Step 13 : Now complete “Occupier Details” section with valid information and click “Save” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 14 : Click on “Waste Management” menu present at the top and it is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 15 : Now click on “Apply Authorization” menu at the left side of the page. Then click “Bio-Medical Waste” option. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

- Step 16 : Complete “General Details” section with valid information. Choose the authorization as applicable and choose “Completed” option which is highlighted in RED. Then click “Save” tab highlighted in RED.

- Step 17 : Click on the “Documents” section. Then click “Upload” hyperlink. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

- Step 18 : Click “Save” tab highlighted in RED to proceed further.

- Step 19 : Now attach files using “Choose File” tab highlighted in RED and click “Save” tab highlighted in RED.

- Step 20 : Click on the checkbox against declaration applicable and choose “Completed” option which is highlighted in RED. Then click “Save” tab highlighted in RED.

- Step 21 : Click on the “Fee” section. Then click “Add” option. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

- Step 22 : Enter the fee amount in the textbox and click “Add” tab. Refer the below image where the option is highlighted in RED.

- Step 23 : Choose “Completed” option which is highlighted in RED. Then click “Update” tab highlighted in RED.

- Step 24 : To make payment through online, select “Online” option and click “Proceed” tab highlighted in RED.

- Step 25 : Then select the mode of payment and click “Submit” tab highlighted in RED.

- Step 26 : Now the details will be added successfully. Please note the application number. Keep it safe for future reference.
- Step 27 : After successful submission of the application, it will be taken to the glance of District Environmental Engineer (DEE) for verification and further processes. If the DEE finds any mistake in the application or documents attached, it will be returned to the industry and the industry can find it in the “Completed Application” tab in the OCMMS module.
- Step 28 : And if the authorization has been sanctioned, the User can view and download the certificate by clicking on “View Authorization Certificate”.
