Jamaica - Online Pay for Traffic Tickets Online

- Step 2 : To pay for your Traffic Ticket online, you should submit your application through the Tax Authority Jamaica (TAJ) e-service platform. Please view TAJ’s contact details via this link:Link.To complete the payment online, visit TAJ’s website: Apply Online
- Step 3 : From the home page at the top right-hand side of the page select the option “Client LOGIN” tab which is highlighted in “Red” to be directed to the account logging in page or click on the “Login” tab which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

- Step 4 : If you already have an account Enter your “Username” and “Password” and click on “Sign In” Button which is highlighted in “Red”.If you are a new user then click on “Create Account” hypertext which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image to setup your account.

- Step 5 : On the new page, fill the required fields and click on “Save” which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 6 : You will then receive a notice thanking you for creating your account, and issue your account password, and that the password has been sent to your email address as well as it will be displayed in that same page which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow in the below image.

- Step 7 : Enter the “Username” and “Password” and click on the “Sign In” Tab which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

- Step 8 : Read and agree to the policy by clicking on the “I Agree” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 9 : You will be directed to the next page where you will be asked a password reminder question. Answer the question and click on “Save” which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image then you will be directed into your account’s e-service portal.

- Step 10 : Upon accessing your account, find the “Traffic Tickets” tab and click on the “Pay Traffic Ticket” Button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 11 : Or You can also find it under “Pay Other Taxes and Fees” Section click on the “Traffic Tickets” hyperlink which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 12 : On the new page, you are required to enter the traffic ticket information i.e., “The Ticket Number and Your Driver’s License Number” and click on “Show Amount” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to review and edit the amount to pay.

- Step 13 : If you are paying for more than one ticket, select “Add to Today’s total” ¬Note that if a traffic ticket is not reflected please contact the Jamaica Constabulary Force’s Traffic Ticket Amnesty for assistance through their Call Centre Number 948- 0411 or visit their office; Opening hours are Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am-5:00pm.
- Step 14 : Then review the ticket information and complete the payment using a Visa, MasterCard, or credit card, by entering the card‘s data, making sure that the information is correct.
- Step 15 : Upon payment, your application will be processed and you will receive an email confirming the payment. You can also print the payment receipt that will be provided in your portal upon a successful payment.
