Haryana - Online Register a Dairy (Milk) Cooperative Society
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Registering a Dairy (Milk) Cooperative Society
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to download the application : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : Now click “Registration of Cooperative Societies” menu which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 4 : Then click “Register” option at the right corner of the page which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : Complete the registration form with valid details and click “Create account” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : After successful registration process, please click “Login” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : Enter your username, password and select the user type as applicable. Then click “Login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Now complete the application form with necessary details and click “SAVE AS DRAFT” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 9 : Now add managing committee members by clicking “ADD FIRST MANAGING COMMITTE MEMBERS” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 10 : Enter the details of the members and click “ADD” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 11 : After adding the committee members please click “STEP 3” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 12 : Check the list of members added to the committee and click “STEP 4” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 13 : Now complete the Form – C with applicable details and click “SAVE” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 14 : Likewise complete Form – D with applicable details and click “ADD” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 15 : Now complete the Form – E with applicable details and click “SAVE” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 16 : Now select the custodian member from the dropdown menu and click “SAVE” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 17 : After completing the application form please click “Step 2nd Download” option at the left side of the page which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 18 : Now complete Form L highlighted in RED and click “PRINT & DOWNLOAD” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 19: Likewise complete Form C, D, E highlighted in RED and click “PRINT & DOWNLOAD” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 20 : Now click “Step 3rd Upload” option at the left side of the page. Then click “Form A Step 1” option. Attach files using “Choose File” tab and click “Upload” tab to upload all the attached files. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.
- Step 21 : Then click “Form A Step 2” option. Attach files using “Choose File” tab and click “Upload” tab to upload all the attached files. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.
- Step 22 : On receiving the application, the registrar/designated authority will sign the first copy as acknowledgment and return it while keeping the second copy for approval.
- Step 23 : This application will be processed further. After due diligence and verification of documents, the registrar will issue an Incorporation certificate with registration number.
- Step 24 : The delivery of these documents to the applicant fulfills the society registration process.
