Chhattisgarh - Online Register a Dairy (Milk) Cooperative Society
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Dairy Milk Cooperative Society Registration
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : Please select “Click here to register a new organization” option under “Leadership” menu at the right side of the page. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.
- Step 4 : Now click “Register new user here” tab at the right side of the page and it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 5 : Complete the registration form and click “secure” tab highlighted in RED.
- Step 6 : Now your login ID and password will be sent to your registered mobile number. Please enter the credentials to make login. Then click “log in” tab highlighted in RED.
- Step 7 : In this screen, select “Society Information” option at the left side of the page and it is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 8 : Now provide valid information about your institution and click “Secure this” tab highlighted in RED.

- Step 9 : Now click “Members Information” option at the left side of the page and it is highlighted in Yellow. Complete the fields with valid information and click “Add member names” tab highlighted in RED.
- Step 10 : Then click “Constitution of temporary committee” option at the left side of the page and it is highlighted in Yellow. Now select the member name and designation from the dropdown menu as pointed out by RED arrow and click the plus symbol to store the data you have entered. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.
- Step 11 : Now click “To print the application” option at the left side of the page and it is highlighted in Yellow. Please go through the details and click “Print” tab highlighted in RED to print the application form.
- Step 12 : Submit the application form to the authority along with the required documents.
- Step 13 : On receiving the application, the registrar/designated authority will sign the first copy as acknowledgment and return it while keeping the second copy for approval.
- Step 14 : This application will be processed further. After due diligence and verification of documents, the registrar will issue an Incorporation certificate with registration number.
- Step 15 : The delivery of these documents to the applicant fulfils the society registration process.
