Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Obtain the application form from the office responsible for the Intellectual Property.
2. Fill in the form and attach the required documents.
3. Submit the application for processing.
4. Pay the required application fees.
5. The office will examine your application and register your trade mark.
   
   

Application by a Representative:

• The represented must produces a power of attorney confirming that he/she has been appointed to represent the interest of the appointee.
