Assam - Online Register as Contractor

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents to Register as Contractor.

Step 2 : Please use the following link to reach online portal: Apply Online.

Step 3 : In the given page please use the “LOG IN” button to get login window which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 4 : Please enter the login credentials as applicable and Click “SIGN IN” Button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 5 : If you are a new user then use the “Don't have an account.t? Sign Up” option which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image to get a new page.

Step 6 : Here click “YES” or “NO” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image as applicable for “Are you an Existing Contractor?” query to get the Sign up page.

Step 7 : Please complete the registration process by filling the mandatory details as per prompt and click “SIGN UP” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image to register and the login.

Step 8 : Once login, applicant will land in a new page. Please follow the on screen information to complete page requirement and follow the page prompt to upload the required documents at the prompted space and click on the “Save” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 9 : Once the online filling of application form is complete, please make payment using the right option.

Step 10 : An acknowledgement for submission of application will be generated. Same time an acknowledgment with reference number will be sent to your mobile and email. Keep it safe for future reference.

Step 11 : This application will be forwarded to the respective department for further processing.

Step 12 : Submitted application will be verified by the authorities.

Step 13 : Please follow department notification.

Step 14 : Once the applicant is found eligible, License will be granted as per applicable norms.

Step 15 : License will be delivered to the address mentioned while applying or it will be delivered as per notification.

Note:

• Applicant will be asked to meet the concerned authority for interview.
  
• Department authority may conduct inspection of the workshop or the facility of the applicant.
  
• It is advised to submit additional set of copy of the documents and get counter signed for your safety while applying with government department.
