Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for renewal of veterinary practitioner registration is available in the District Animal husbandry and veterinary office, Arunachal Pradesh.
2. The location link of the office is – Link
3. After getting the application form, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary details.
4. Applicant should make sure to carry the originals and photocopies of the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to attach the photocopies of the documents along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
6. Fee must be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed by the applicant, then, the renewal will be done within 15 days.
8. If applicant didn’t get the renewal within a month, then, they can reach out to the help of District Animal Husbandry and Veterinary office to know details on their application.
