Arunachal Pradesh - Online Register a Cyber Crime Complaint

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Cyber Crime Complaint Registration

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 : In the given page please click “REPORT OTHER CYBER CRIME” menu which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.

Step 4 : A new screen will be provided. Please go through the information and click “File a complaint” button which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.

Step 5 : Please go through the instructions and click “I Accept” button which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.

Step 6 : To register yourself, click on the “Click Here for New User” hyperlink which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 7 : Please complete the prompted details as appropriate and click “Get OTP” button to get OTP in your mobile. Now enter the received OTP at the prompted space and click “Submit” button. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 8 : Once the login is successful applicant has to update their profile. Please provide valid details and click “Update” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 9 : Then click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image to register your complaint.

Step 10 : Applicant has to complete the “Incident Details” section with proper information and click “Save as Draft & Next” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.

Step 11 : Now complete “Suspect Details” section with proper information and click “Save as Draft & Next” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.

Step 12 : Now complete “Complainant Details” section with proper information and click “Save & Preview” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.

Step 13 : Once you reach “Preview & Submit” section, preview of the application will be displayed. If all the details are correct click “I Agree” check box highlighted in RED and then click “Confirm & Submit” button highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 14 : A system generated acknowledgement number will be displayed. Save it for future reference. Click “OK” button highlighted in RED to close the acknowledgement popup.

Step 15 : This complaint will be processed further. Please follow the department notification to get justice.
