Procedure

1. Obtain all necessary documents to register a death.
2. Submit your application along with all other requirements.

• BI, or birth certificate of the deceased
• Death certificate issued by the doctor
• Document Identification Declarant

Applications for the registration of death are submitted to the Civil Registry - DNRN.
