Andhra Pradesh - Online Register as Real Estate Agent

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents to Register as Real Estate Agent

Step 2 : To start your application process the applicant shall visit the Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority website in the following link: Apply Online.

Step 3 : A popup box will appear. Click on the close symbol pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 4 : On the homepage, click on the “REGISTARTION” option highlighted in “RED” as shown in the image.

Step 5 : Under “REGISTRATION” click on “Agent Registration” option highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 6 : On the next page read the instruction and click on the radio button next to “New” as pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 7 : Next, click on the “Submit” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the image below.

Step 8 : Under the “Agent Type” section, click on the radio button next to “Individual” or “Other than Individual” based on your requirement as pointed by a “RED” arrow in the below image.

Step 9 : Next, enter the PAN number in the “PAN Card Number” section and click on the “Get Details” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the image below.

Step 10 : Now, the e-application form will appear. Fill in the details and under the “Upload Photograph” section by clicking on the “Choose file” button pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image to upload your photograph.

Step 11 : Under the “Occupation” section click on the drop down box arrow pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 12 : From the list displayed under the “Occupation” section as shown in the below image select the appropriate option.

Step 13 : Next, under the “Upload PAN Card” section click on the “Choose file” button pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image to upload your PAN Card.

Step 14 : Then, under the “Upload License certificate” section click on the “Choose file” button pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image to upload your agent license certificate.

Step 15 : Under the “Upload GST Num Document” section click on the “Choose file” button pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image to upload your GST certificate.

Step 16 : Under the “Upload Address Proof” section click on the “Choose file” button pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image to upload your address proof.

Step 17 : Next, under the “Last five years project details” section, click on the radio button next to “Yes” or “No” as applicable pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the image below.

Step 18 : If you have selected “Yes” then fill in the “Project Name” and click on the “Add” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the image below.

Step 19 : Next, under the “Any Civil/Criminal Cases” section, click on the radio button next to “Yes” or “No” as applicable pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the image below.

Step 20 : If you have selected “Yes” then fill in the details asked and under the “Present Status of the case” click on the drop down box pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the image below.

Step 21 : Select the status of the case from the options displayed as shown in the image below.

Step 22 : Next, under the “Interim Order if any” section, click on the radio button next to “Yes” or “No” as applicable pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the image below.

Step 23 : Then, under the “Details of final order if disposed” section, click on the radio button next to “Yes” or “No” as applicable pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the image below.

Step 24 : Then click on the “Add” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the image below.

Step 25 : Next, under the “Do you have registration in other states” section, click on the radio button next to “Yes” or “No” as applicable pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the image below.

Step 26 : If “Yes” then fill in the details asked and click on the “Add” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the image below.

Step 27 : Finally, click on the “Save And Continue” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the image.

Step 28 : On the next page, upload all your required documents in the “Upload Documents” page.”

Step 29 : In the “Preview” section review all the details entered.

Step 30 : On the “Payment” page, select your applicable payment method and follow the screen prompt to finish the payment.

Step 31 : After completing everything, check once and click on ‘Submit’.

Step 32 : On the “Acknowledgment” page, you will receive the receipt to your application.

Step 33 : Your application and the corresponding documents will be subjected to the necessary verifications. After successful verification of documents, the registration for real estate agent will be processed.
