Andhra Pradesh - Online Register a Firm

Step 1 :First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. Please visit the following link to get the required documents list for this procedure:Link for Register a Firm Required Documents page

Step 2 :Please use the following link to apply online Link for online portal.

Step 3 : User will reach a new screen as shown below. User shall enter the details as appropriate against the prompts to check company name. Once all the details are entered please click “Search” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Note: The fields marked with "*" are mandatory.

Step 4 :A popup “Entered Company/LLP name does not exists” will be displayed as shown below. This means that the above entered company name is available to register. Please follow the below image.

Step 5 :If the entered name is already registered, then list of registered firms for that name will be displayed. User has to try with different name for registering.

Step 6 :Once the name suggested is available. Please select “Forms & Downloads” menu as shown below. Please see the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 7 : User will reach Company Forms Download screen as shown below.Please scroll down to check the applicable form type for your requirement. Please see the below images.

Step 8 : Please go back to the online page as shown below. Please select “MCA SERVICES” menu. User will be displayed with list of acts, rules and information useful to register a firm. Please see the below image where it’s highlighted in “Yellow”.

Step 9 :In the same page, please select “CONTACTS” menu to choose “Registrar of Companies” submenu from drop down list as shown below. Please follow the below image where options are highlighted appropriately.

Step 10 : User will reach Registrar of Companies screen as shown below.Please scroll down for respective Registrar of Companies contact information. Meet them with the details and follow their guidelines to register your firm. Please follow the below images.

Through State Portal:

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online :Link for online portal.

Step 3 : User will reach a new screen as shown below. User shall select “Registration of Firm( under section :58)” option. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red".

Step 4 :User will reach “Registration of Firms” page as shown below. User shall complete the page prompts as appropriate. Please follow the below image.

Step 5 : Please scroll down to see a page as shown below. Please continue entering/selecting details as appropriate for the page prompts.Please follow the below image.

Step 6 :As user reaches the end of the form as shown below. Please continue entering/selecting details as appropriate.Upload required documents as applicable and click “Pay and Submit” button at the end of the page.Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 7 :Applicant will get a new screen. Please follow the screen prompts and use the right option to process online payment for this procedure. After the payment is made, please process the resulting page as appropriate to submit the application online.

Step 8 : Applicant will be provided with an acknowledgement (Application Reference Number) on screen as well as in the mobile as SMS. Please save it for future reference.

Step 9 :This application will be processed further. Applicant gets notification in different stages from the department. Please follow the guidelines as notified to complete the procedure.

Step 1 :Please use the following link to apply online Link for online portal.

Step 2 :User will reach a new screen as shown below. Here please enter your “Application Reference no” at the prompted space and click “Submit” button.Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 3 :Applicant will get the status in the resulting screen.
