ProcedureEdit

One should apply to the issuing authority within a applicable time period (7 days / 10 days / 14 days or so)

Apply In-Person

Make sure that all the required documents are in hand.
To Change or Modify Contract Carriage Maxi Cab Permit in Andhra Pradesh the applicant has to approach the RTO office where the permit was obtained. Following link can provide you information related to the list of RTO office : Link for Contacts
Application in writing on a plain A4 white paper about the required change or modification in permit
Attach the required document along with the application and submit them to the officer at the counter.
On the receipt of the application and documents the officer will verify and make entry about the change in respective registers. if required, may give you forms for marking the changes. The same will be intimated to the concerned transport authority.
The counter signature with stamp from the authorities will be made on the permit to notify the change or modification.

NOTE: Nothing in this section shall apply where the change or modification is due to temporary and not intended to exceed advised time period.
