Apply Online:
- To Apply for Tattoo Parlor License (Studio License), the applicant has to make the application online via link
- The applicant has to select the district and municipality and followed by clicking the “Submit” button.
- The applicant has to enter all the details for a trading license.
- After completing, with the details click the “Save” button.
- Also, the applicant has to upload the necessary documents which are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page. Click the “save” button.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set.
- If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
- This application will be moved to the respective authority of the Zone for field verification of the site.
- After field verification, the authority will submit a verification report before the trade license committee.
- Once the process gets completed, the applicant has to visit the office and pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.

- After all the above steps, the applicant gets a notification from the department. Please follow the notification to get the license.

- The applicant has to attach photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting it.
- Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. #If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.

- If the Trade license committee observes that all norms are complied with by the applicant, authorities will issue an order to make applicable payment.
- The applicant shall make the payment as advised.

- To Apply for Tattoo Parlor License (Studio License), the applicant has to approach the State Municipal Corporation link

- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.

- Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
