Apply Online:

  1. To Apply for Tattoo Parlor License (Studio License), the applicant has to make the application online via link
  2. The applicant has to select the district and municipality and followed by clicking the “Submit” button.
  3. The applicant has to enter all the details for a trading license.
  4. After completing, with the details click the “Save” button.
  5. Also, the applicant has to upload the necessary documents which are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page. Click the “save” button.
  6. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set.
  7. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  8. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
  9. This application will be moved to the respective authority of the Zone for field verification of the site.
  10. After field verification, the authority will submit a verification report before the trade license committee.
  11. Once the process gets completed, the applicant has to visit the office and pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.

  15. Pay the fee online mode and click the “Submit” button.
  16. After all the above steps, the applicant gets a notification from the department. Please follow the notification to get the license.
  17. The entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

  1. To Apply for Tattoo Parlor License (Studio License), the applicant has to approach the State Municipal Corporation link
