Andhra Pradesh - Apply NOC (No Objection Certificate) for Road Cutting (Permission)

Apply In-Person:
- Application for NOC for Road Cutting in Andhra Pradesh is available in the Roads and Buildings Department contact link
- Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
- Applicant should make sure to carry photocopies and originals of all documents that are needed for completing the procedure.
- Documents that are needed for completing the procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Fees is calculated as – Utilized NH Land * Prevailing circle rate per square unit area/10*12 (Rs/sqft/month).
- If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the application form will be accepted by concerned authorities.
- The application will be put up for any objection from public domains for 30 days.
- If there is no objection from any domain within 30 days, applicant will be called by concerned officials to collect their NOC certificate from the office.
- If there are no updates about application, applicant can reach the office to know status of their application.

- Application for NOC for Road Cutting in Andhra Pradesh is available in the following link
- If applicant is a new user, they have to register by clicking on the “Sign Up” button.
- For new registration, applicant has to enter “Name”, “E-mail”, “Mobile Number”, “Password”, “Industry Name”, “Address”, “Mandal” and finally click on “Sign Up” button again for registering.
- After the signing up process is successful, applicant can login using their registered “Username” and “Password”.
- After logging in, applicant has to choose the necessary service from the website.
- Applicant has to enter all needed information in the application form.
- Applicant must upload digital copies of documents (whichever is necessary) in the application form.
- Finally, click on the “Submit” button for completing the application.
- Fee for this procedure can be paid online after submitting the application.
- If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the application form will be accepted by concerned authorities.
- The application will be put up for any objection from public domains for 30 days.
- If there is no objection from any domain within 30 days, applicant will be called by concerned officials to collect their NOC certificate from the office or via post.
- If there are no updates about application, applicant can reach the office to know status of their application.

ValidityEdit
The NOC is valid until the project gets over with. For another project, new NOC should be applied.

- NOC is required for any road cutting related projects.
- This NOC helps an individual or an organization to carry on their project legally without any damage to the petroleum, oil or water lines that are underground.
- The road cutting project cannot be carried out for 3 months during monsoon seasons and for 15 days prior to any local festival.
