Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To apply for Economically Weaker Section Certificate, Applicant has to approach the Tehsil office of their area. Refer the “Office location & contacts” section for Contact details
2. Application should be obtained from the concerned office or Application as on applicable format in white paper should be addressed to the Tehsildar
3. Please make sure you have all the required documents mentioned or listed in the “Required documents” section below
4. Complete the application form and submit it to the authorities along with the necessary documents.
5. Submit the application to the concerned authority
6. Authorities will start processing or will verify
7. After successful verification authority will notify you to collect the certificate.

2. You have to Register if you are New user. You could Login to using of user id and password
3. After successful Login, you have to select “Economically Weaker Section Certificate” under “Revenue Department” in the left side of the page.
4. Now you get page which have some details about this certificate. At the End of the page you can see the “Proceed” button
5. Click the “Proceed” button to apply for this certificate.
6. You have to enter the details and click search button to check whether any records are available. Then you have to apply
7. After successful submission, You will get the certificate after officials verification process gets completed

Eligibility

• The person whose has a gross annual family income below Rs.8.00 Lakhs can apply
• The Person whose Family owns less than 5 acres of Agriculture land can apply
• The Person whose Family owns their residency less than 1000sqft can apply
• Residential plot less than 100 sq. Yards and 200 sq. Yards in selected municipalities as per the state norms can apply.
