Procedure

Apply In Person

1. To Get Co-operative Society Subsidy Schemes, the applicant has to approach their respective state’s National Cooperative Development Corporation link
2. The applicant can obtain the application form from the concerned officer or the applicant can download the application form from the following link

   NOTE: The applicant has to select “purpose of loan” and “type of loan” and click submit to download the application form.

3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
4. Make sure that the applicant has to attach all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
9. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference, it contains the application summary and contact details of the person to be contacted.
10. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
11. Once the process gets completed successfully, the applicant gets the Subsidy Schemes with the authority's signature through email.
12. The processing time for this procedure is up to 3 - 6 Months.

• Completed Application form
• No overdue certificate
• Copy of bye-laws along with its amendments, if any
• Hindi/ English translation of byelaws in respect of objective, area of operation, membership
• details, authorised share capital, borrowing limit etc in case of other regional languages.
• Audited Financial Statements along with all schedules for last 3 years with audit reports
• Annual reports for last 3 years
• Brief bio-data of board of directors
• If board is nominated/superseded/administered, please specify reason
• If land is proposed as security, land valuation report by SBI/Govt. approved valuer
• Resolution of Board of Directors for availing financial assistance from NCDC
• Disbursement terms & repayment of schedule of all outstanding loans

Need for the Document

• NCDC provides financial assistance in the form of loan (both Term Loan and Investment Loan) and subsidy to the cooperative societies. The assistance is provided under the Central Sector Integrated Scheme on Agricultural Cooperation (CSISAC) & other Central Sector Schemes (CSS) and NCDC Sponsored Scheme.

Information which might help

• The cooperative societies are assessed within the meaning of the Act. The Act provides gives exemption to the income generated by the cooperative societies. There is no complete exemption to the income. The cooperative societies are entitled to certain specified deductions from the total gross income.

NCDC provides financial assistance for the following under AMI scheme:

• For Storage infrastructure projects.
• For infrastructure projects other than Storage (Primary processing viz. sorting, grading, chilling, freezing etc.)
• Standalone cold storage units up to 1000 MT is allowed.
• There is no provision for Renovation of storage infrastructure under AMI scheme.
