Procedure

Apply Online:

1. To Apply for Tattoo Parlor License (Studio License), the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. Enter the “Registered mobile number” and “password” and click on the “Login” button, if already a user. Otherwise, click on the “Citizen Register Here” button and complete the online form.
3. An OTP verification will be generated and sent to the mobile number.
4. Enter the OTP and provide Login ID credentials that will be sent through the registered mobile number.
5. After signing in, choose an appropriate option for the trade license form and fill in the mandatory details to proceed further.
6. Make sure to upload all the necessary documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
7. Now hit the "Submit" button to submit the completed application form.
8. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
9. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
10. The authorities may conduct an inspection of the salon premises to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
11. If the application and inspection are successful, you will receive the License. The license will specify the conditions and regulations you need to adhere to while operating your shop.
12. The entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
