Apply In-Person:

  1. To request for a Congratulatory Message from the Prime Minister in person, the applicant has to first contact the Government of Alberta.
  2. Contact link of the Government of Alberta can be found below contact link
  3. Contact the office and enquire about the in-person application process to request for a congratulatory message from the Prime Minister.
  4. The person on the other side will inform the applicant about the in-person process (if any).
  5. Probably, they will ask the applicant to visit the Service Canada or Alberta Works Centre to complete the request process.

  8. The applicant has to visit the office as applicable and approach the relevant official to make the request.

  10. Complete the application process by following the instructions of the officer in charge with the help of the required information.
  11. The applicant process is free and the Government charges nothing for issuing a Congratulatory Message from the Prime Minister.
  12. After completing, submit the application and the application will be forwarded to the relevant officials for processing.
  13. Upon receipt of the required information, the Prime Minister’s congratulatory message will be sent to the applicant on the respective date.

  1. To request for a Congratulatory Message from the Prime Minister online, the applicant has to visit the following apply online link
  2. The request form will be present in the page that opens. The applicant has to complete the request form section by section by providing the required details in relevant fields.
  3. The applicant should complete each section with relevant details and click “Next” section.
  4. After providing the required information, the applicant will reach the ‘Preview’ section in which a preview of the request will be displayed.
  5. Check it once and click the “Submit” button if all the information is correct. If not, click the “edit” button to edit the incorrect details.
  6. Once submitted, a request successful message will be displayed. Then, the application will be forwarded to the relevant officials for processing.
  7. Upon receipt of the request, the Prime Minister’s congratulatory message will be sent to the applicant on the respective date.

  • Any person in Alberta, who is celebrating his/her 65th birthday and up at 5-year intervals, is eligible.
  • Any married couple in Alberta, who are celebrating their 25th anniversaries and up at 5-year intervals, are eligible.
  • Only Canadian citizens are eligible for receiving the congratulatory certificates.

  • To ensure on-time delivery, we ask that you submit your request at least six weeks before the event date.
