- Step 2 : To apply for the public Carrier license for Vehicle, you have to submit your application to the Transport Authority (TA) online. Please view the TA contact details via this link:Link.To submit your application to TA via their online portal, visit:Apply Online
- Step 3 : If you are a register user, enter your “Email Address” and “Password” to “Login” button which is highlighted in “Red” and if you don’t have an account, click on “Register Now” Button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image to create an account.

- Step 4 : In the new page, enter your email address and “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 5 : You will then receive a notification informing you that an email has been sent to your email account with instructions on how to complete your account setup.

- Step 6 : Go to your email account and click on the link form TA which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow in the below image to direct you to the TA online registration form.

- Step 7 : Fill in all the required information to create an account.

- Step 8 : After filling all the details click on the “Create Account” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 9 : Upon a successful creation of your account, return to the logging in page by clicking on the “Login” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 10 : Sign in by entering your registered email address and password and click on the “Login” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to access your account.

- Step 11 : Once logged in, click on “Submit Application” which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

- Step 12 : In the new page select type of application as “New” which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow in the below image and then select location where the license will be collected then click on “Next” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

- Step 13 : In the new page road license number and select the type of the license as “Public Carrier” “Public Carrier(Bike)” of your preferred choice which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 14 : Enter you TRN and the vehicle chassis number and then click on “Submit” which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to proceed to the next page.

- Step 15 : Then complete the required fields for the vehicle and license information and then scan and upload all the required documents and then select “Add to Cart” and you will be directed to the application cart and payment page.
- Step 16 : View the payment details and click on “check out” to proceed to the payment page, review and confirm your order. Complete the payment using the online platform and you will receive emails confirming the payment and form the TA confirming receipt of the application.
- Step 17 : Print the confirmation report and take it to your selected office once the license is availed for collection, this normally take 5 working days.
