- Step 2 : Once the death has occurred, visit the RDG office to obtain the registration number using one of the processes mentioned above.You can also obtain the registration number through online via the RDG online application form through this link : Apply Online
- Step 3 : After clicking on the link,You will receive a pop-up notification read the notification and click on the “OK” Button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 4 : Fill the online form provided with all the required information.

- Step 5 : After completing the form click on the “Submit Application” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to obtain the Death entry number.

- Step 6 : Once you have obtained the Death entry number, visit the RGD online portal to submit your application for the death certificate through this link:Apply Online

- Step 7 : Read the provide information and proceed to the “DEATH Certificate” application form if you have the Death entry/registration number, click on “APPLY NOW” button which is highlighted in “Red’ in the below image to fill the online application form.

- Step 8 : You will receive a pop-up notification read the notification and click on the “OK” Button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 9 : Fill all the required details and Complete the form accurately providing all the required information to avoid unnecessary delays on your application.

- Step 10 : After completing the form click on the “Submit Application” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image to Process.

- Step 11 : Once submitted you will be required to pay the necessary application fee according to the number of copies that you have applied for.
- Step 12 : Once the payment is complete, the RGD will process your application and issued you the Death certificate.
