Apply Online

  1. To Renew Dental License, the applicant has to make the application online via – link
  2. The applicant has to click the “Apply Now” button.
  3. The applicant has to click the “NDEBCONNECT”.
  4. If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “Create account”
  5. Enter the ID and email details and click the “Next” button.
  6. Create a password and click the “Submit” button.
  7. Now the applicant has to log in username and password and then click the “Login” button.
  8. The applicant has to enter the following details and click the “Next” button.
  9. Also, upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  10. Pay the necessary fee in online mode.
  11. The fee details for this procedure are mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
  12. Once completed click the “Submit” button.
  13. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  14. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
  15. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
  16. Once your renewal application is processed and approved, you will receive confirmation of your renewed Dental license. This may be in the form of an updated license certificate or other proof of renewal.
  17. The regulatory body or dental association will communicate the confirmation to you via mail or email.
  18. This entire process can be completed within 15 – 20 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.



Apply In Person

  1. To Renew Dental License, the applicant has to approach the Department of Justice – link
  2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
  3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
  7. The fee details for this procedure are mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
