Apply In-Person:
- To file International and Non-Resident Taxes in person, the applicant has to visit the office of Canada Revenue Agency that is nearest to their location.

- Visit the office as applicable and obtain the respective form for filing International and Non-Resident Taxes, as applicable.
- The application forms with respect to the requirement can also be found in the link below Application forms
- Find the application form as applicable and download it. Complete the application form with all the required details and information in the respective fields.
- After that, the applicant should attach the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page, with the completed form.
- Then, submit the application form and required documents to the relevant official at the office. The application process is free.
- Upon receiving the completed form and the required information, the respective official will assess the submitted information and proceed to file the tax returns.
- The Canada Revenue Agency will complete the assessment as well as file within a time period of eight weeks, probably.

- People who live in Canada permanently or who have left Canada temporarily or permanently can apply.
- Non-residents of Canada with or without rental income deemed residents, international students or seasonal workers are also eligible.

InstructionsEdit
- The applicant will receive a notice of assessment after the CRA processes the return. The notice gives a summary of the assessment and explanations of any changes made to the return.
- The notice tells the applicant if they have a refund, owe money, or have a zero balance.
- It also gives the applicant other important information, including but not limited to, their unused registered retirement savings plan (RRSP) contributions, RRSP deduction limit, their Canada training credit limit, and other amounts and balances that they may want to carry forward to a future year.
