- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents to Register as Employer with Employment Exchange
- Step 2 : To access the “National Career Service (NCS)” portal please use the following link: Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In the given page, please select “Register” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image provided on the right part of the screen to reach next page.

- Step 4 : Here please select “Employer” from the dropdown menu which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow in the below image against “Register As*” option to get set of registration prompts.

- Step 5 : Please complete the Registration page prompts with appropriate details including organization type, organization category, Registered office address, other communication details etc…

- Step 6 : Enter the “USER ID” and click on the “Check UserID” button which is highlighted in “Red” to check the availability of the UserId and then enter the password. Now enter the captcha code in the box which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

- Step 7 : Now put a tick mark in the “I agree terms and conditions” checkbox which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow as shown in the image and then click on the “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image to get “Registration Status” page.

- Step 8 : In this “Registration Status” page a “User NSC ID” will be provided as acknowledgement. Please save it for future reference.
- Step 9 : Also, an OTP will be sent to applicant’s mobile number and also to email ID provided while registering.
- Step 10 : Please enter the received “OTP’s” at the prompted space respectively and click “Verify” button as appropriate.
- Step 11 : Once the OTP verification is done, applicant shall click the “Submit” button to create their account.
- Step 12 : A “Registration Verification” pop up will be provided. Here please use the ‘here’ hyperlink in “Click here to login” to reach the log in page.
- Step 13 : Employer can log in and view/update their profile but cannot use the other functionality until their PAN number is verified.
- Step 14 : This registration request will be directed to the concerned department for further processing.
- Step 15 : ”SMS” triggered update on registration will be sent to the applicant’s mobile.
- Step 16 : Please follow department’s notification and respond accordingly.
- Step 17 : On successful processing, the approval of the employer registration will be informed through notification along with account details.
- Step 18 : Once the approval given, Employer can revisit the online portal and use login credentials at prompted space and click “Sign In” button to log in to explore the requirements.
