ProcedureEdit
- Complete all the licensing requirements except the skills (road test).
- Pass the written test (contact a Proctor in your area).
- Pass a vision test.
- Pay the fee.
- Provide original legal documents verifying date of birth, social security number and identity.
- After completing the written test, mail an Application for Remote Area Driver License, Permit or ID Card (Form 480) and your supporting documents to:
