- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online Link for online portal.
- Step 3 : User will reach a new screen as shown below. Please click “Read &Please Proceed” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.
- Note: The fields marked with "*" are mandatory.

- Step 4 : User will reach Applicant and Transaction page as shown below.Please enter Mobile Number at the prompted space and click “Send OTP”button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

- Step 5 : User will receive an OTP. In the same page, user will get Space to enter OTP as shown below. User shall enter the received OTP at the prompted space and click “Validate OTP” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Green”.

- Step 6 : Please complete the page prompts and scroll down to see a page as shown below and click “Submit” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

- Step 7 : On completion of the above step applicant will get system generated e-assessment slip, amount of mutation and fee payable details.
- Step 8 : Applicant shall make payment for stamp duty and charges for registration through e-paymentby following the resulting page prompts.
- Step 9 : Applicant shall fix appointment for completing registration formalities with registration office by using the page prompts.
- Step 10 : On the Appointment date please go to the registration office to complete the registration process.
