Uttarakhand - Online Register as Hazardous Waste Recycler

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for hazardous waste recycler registration
Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
Step 3 : Enter the details asked in the registration page and click on “Register” button highlighted in RED. An OTP will be sent. Verify the OTP. An activation link will be sent to your E-mail ID, clicking on which will activate your account.

Step 4 : After the activation process, login into the Single Window Clearance System using the login credentials.
Step 5 : After logging in, select “New/Existing Enterprise undergoing Expansion” option under the tab ”Apply for Departmental Services” for applying Hazardous Waste Authorization. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 6 : From the services available, select Department as “Uttarakhand Pollution Control Board” and you can get the Consolidated Consent and Authorization application module under “Other Department Services” tab. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 7 : Click on “Apply Now” button highlighted in RED and fill all the fields required in the application module according to your need and specification.

Step 8 : Specify that the authorization needed is for transporting hazardous and other wastes and click on “Submit” button.
Step 9 : Then, proceed to upload the required documents for the approval of application. And pay the required fees and add the fee details with your application (if prescribed).
Step 10 : Now that your application had been submitted, it will be forwarded to the concerned authorities at the regional office who will examine the application and verify the documents attached.
Step 11 : If any incorrectness is found, the application will be returned to the industry and the industry should resubmit the application with prior corrections or explanations.
Step 12 : Once all the furnished information is found in order, the applicant or industry will be provided the authorization order.
