Procedure

Apply Online:

• To Register a Dance Academy, the applicant has to make the application online via the following link
• The applicant has to click “Sign In” and enter username and password to Logging in. if the applicant is a new user the applicant has to click “Sign up” and follow the steps to register an account.

Step – 1: Check name availability via Online

• The applicant has to check the name availability for the company through online via the following link
• The applicant has to enter the company/LLP name and active type and then click the “Search” button.
• The applicant has to check the name. if it is available, the applicant has to register the name in the MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs)

Step 2: Registration

• Then the name of the is to be finalized. For that, Form SPICe+ to the Registrar of Companies (ROC) is to be filed by giving 2 names in the order of preference along with the significance of the names.
• After the name is approved by the ROC, prepare the required documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
• All the drafted documents will be attached to Form SPICe+ and uploaded to the ROC website. On proper verification, the ROC will issue a Certificate of Incorporation and the company can start its business operations.
• This form of establishment promotes the primary producer who is in a low-income group to optimize their income with collective bargaining and by selling the products directly to consumers.
• This entire process can be completed in one month or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
