- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “Online Hindu Marriage Registration” option which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image for registration.
- Step 4 : Now complete the application form with valid details. Please upload the necessary documents and click “Show Payment” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 5 : After successful payment, you will receive the receipt. Please note the application number for future reference. Then print the application form.
- Step 6 : Send your printed application form and required documents to the concerned officer through registered post.
- Step 7 : Now you will be provided with a date of registration. You shall present before the marriage registrar along with the printed application, documents and witnesses.
