- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “Public – Fill the application form” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image for registration.
- Step 4 : Now choose “For Marriage Form” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : Now choose “For new application” option and enter the code in the textbox. Then click “Enter go” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Now complete the application form and upload all the necessary documents. Then click “Enter go” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 7 : Registration number with an acknowledgement slip will be generated. Take a printout of the Set.
- Step 8 : On the said date, applicant along with witness shall present before the registrar. Please submit the printout as obtained along with required documents.
- Step 9 : Please follow the guidelines of the authorities to complete the formalities for registration.
- Step 10 : Applicant and witness will be asked to sign on the registry to endorse their marriage.
- Step 11 : The Certificate will be issued on the same day for the already solemnized marriage.
- Step 12 : In case of the application made in advance (before marriage) for the issuance of certificate, authorities will look for any objection from public for thirty days and then the process will be executed on the day of marriage by a assigned authority and the certificate will be issued as applicable.
