Punjab - Online Register for Bio-Medical Waste

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for biomedical waste registration
Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
Step 3 : For new Industry registration, click the “Industry/Health Care Estd. /Local Body Login” radio button in the user login section. Now click on “New HCF Registration” button in the “User Login” section. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 4 : Fill all the fields asked in the section, click “Save” button. Then complete “Occupier Details” section and click on “Save” button. Refer the below images where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 5 : Registration details will appear, click “Home” tab at the left side of the page to login. Refer the below image where the option is highlighted in RED.

Step 6 : Click on “Industry/Health Care Estd. /Local Body Login” radio button and enter the Username and Password. Then click “Login” tab. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 7 : After logging in, you will have to change the existing password with a new one by clicking “update” tab and then log in again using the Username and changed password. Refer the below image where the option is highlighted in RED.

Step 8 : In the homepage, click on “Waste Management” tab at the top of the page and it is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 9 : Then, click on “Apply Authorization” tab at the left side of the page and then select “Bio-Medical Waste” option in the drop-down menu that appears. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 10 : Complete “General Details” section with valid information. Choose “Completed” option highlighted in RED and click “Save” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 11 : Now click on “Bio-Medical Waste Generation Details” section and select application options from the drop down menu. Then choose “Completed” radio button and click “Save” tab. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 12 : Now click on “Documents” section. Then click “Upload” hyperlink. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 13 : Now attach all the mandatory documents and click “Save” tab highlighted in RED.

Step 14 : Then choose “Completed” radio button and click “Update” tab. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 15 : After successful submission of the application, it will be taken to the glance of District Environmental Engineer (DEE) for verification and further processes. If the DEE finds any mistake in the application or documents attached, it will be returned to the industry and the industry can find it in the “Completed Application” tab in the OCMMS module.
Step 16 : And if the authorization has been sanctioned, the User can view and download the certificate.
