- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “Create account” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image for registration.
- Step 4 : Now complete the registration form and click “Save” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : A popup box will appear after successful registration. Please click “Ok” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Note down the username and click “Click here to Sign In” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : Enter your username, password in the textbox and click “Login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Now click “Document Entry (Major Details)” option under “Registration” section which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 9 : Now click “General Property Registration” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 10 : Complete major details section with valid information and click “Generate & Print AckNo” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 11 : Now click on the Ack.No option which appears in yellow color. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 12 : Complete Claimants details section with valid information and click “Add” tab highlighted in RED. To move to the next section click on the section name manually.
- Step 13 : Complete Executant details section with valid information and click “Add” tab highlighted in RED. To move to the next section click on the section name manually.
- Step 14 : Complete Witness details section with valid information and click “Add” tab highlighted in RED. To move to the next section click on the section name manually. Make sure you enter 2 witness details.

- Step 15 : Now complete property valuation section and click appropriate tab to get the appointment page.
- Step 16 : As result of above steps, user will get e-appointment and acknowledgement.
- Step 17 : For Registration, personally submit printout of the Report along with related documents to the Sub Registrar Office in exact time and date which is displayed in your acknowledgement slip and follow the authorities guidelines to register the property.
