- Step 2 :Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 :In the given page, click on the “Water connection and charges” button which is highlighted in “Red”in the below image.

- Step 4 : On the next page, Select the district under the heading “Choose your district” from the drop down menu which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 5 : Then, Select the ULB under the heading “Choose your ULB” from the drop down menu which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 6 : In the given page, click on the “Apply for ownership change” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 7 : In the new page, Provide the Ph Consumer number and click on “Search” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 8 : Fill in the required details, upload the required documents and submit the application by clicking on the “Submit” button. Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered. Pay the required processing fee for which you will receive the online receipt.
- Step 9 :After successful submission of your application, you will receive the acknowledgement message through sms or e-mail. Visit the Office in person if required. Your application will be processed internally and site verifications will be made by the authority officers. Please keep the required documents ready during site inspection.
- Step 10 :After this verification, your request will be further processed by the authorities and the necessary changes will be made in the computer records within the next billing cycle.
