Odisha - Online Register a Land or Property

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Registering a Land or Property
Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
Step 3 : In this page please click “Online Property/Document Submission” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image for registration.

Step 4 : Now click “New User ? Login” option at the right side of the page. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.

Step 5 : Complete the registration form and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 6 : Now click “Apply New Sale Deed” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 7 : Complete Deed section with valid information and click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 8 : Complete Seller section with valid information and click “Add” tab highlighted in RED to add the details. Then click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 9 : Complete consenter section with valid information and click “Add” tab highlighted in RED to add the details. Then click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 10 : Complete Buyer section with valid information and click “Add” tab highlighted in RED to add the details. Then click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 11 : Complete Identifier section with valid information and click “Add” tab highlighted in RED to add the details. Then click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 12 : Complete witness section with valid information and click “Add” tab highlighted in RED to add the details. Then click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 13 : Complete property section with valid information and click “Add” tab highlighted in RED to add the details. Then click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 14 : Finally move to appointment schedule section and book an appointment to visit the registrar office.
Step 15 : Now applicant shall receive receipt of online transaction and schedule for registration.
Step 16 : For Registration, personally submit printout of the Report along with related documents to the Sub Registrar Office in exact time and date which is displayed in your acknowledgement slip and follow as per authorities guidelines to register the property.
