Maharashtra - Online Register a Marriage and Obtain Certificate

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Registering a Marriage and Obtaining Certificate
Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
Step 3 : In this page please click “Marriage Registration” option under “Online Service” which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.

Step 4 : Now provide the valid details about your marriage. After completing each section please scroll down for more sections.

Step 5 : Now provide the valid details about your husband. After completing each section please scroll down for more sections.

Step 6 : Now provide the valid details about your wife. After completing each section please scroll down for more sections.

Step 7 : Now provide the valid details about your witness 1 and witness 2. After completing each section please scroll down for more sections.

Step 8 : Now provide the valid details about the priest. After completing each section please scroll down for more sections.

Step 9 : Now choose payment method and enter your mobile number. Also choose the applicable option in the checklist.

Step 10 : Then click “Continue” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 11 : After completing the application, Please make payment as applicable. Once the payment has been made successfully, acknowledgement number and payment receipt will be given to the applicant through the registered email id and mobile.
Step 12 : Please submit it to the registrar office of your area (ward office to the concerned authorities) and follow their guidelines to complete the registration.
