- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Registering a Land or Property
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “Model Draft” tab. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 4 : Please download the model draft of documents from the available drafts.
- Step 5 : Now click “Public Data Entry(Epayment of Registration Fee With Appointment Scheduler/ Epayment of Application Fee)” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Then click the checkbox against “I agree / I Agree”. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 7 : Then click “Pre Registration Data Entry” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.
- Step 8 : Now complete the registration form with valid details and click “Submit to Create PDE Login ID” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.
- Step 9 : After successful registration, you will receive the PDE Login ID displayed in the popup box. Click “Ok” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.
- Step 10 : Now enter the valid credentials on the right side of the page under Existing PDE Login ID section. Then click “Start Public Data Entry” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.
- Step 11 : Click “Application Details” option which appears on the new page. Then you will be taken to the application form page. Complete all the fields and click “Proceed for Payment/Next Page” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 12 : After completion of payment process, click “Save & Go To CyberTreasuryGUJARAT Payment” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 13 : After a successful payment, user gets e-Challan. e-Challan is necessary to fill the details in the application.
- Step 14 : User will get a 13 digit data entry number, keep it safe. Take print out of e-Challan for future reference.
- Step 15 : For Registration, personally submit 13 digit data entry number, printout of the Report along with related documents to the Sub Registrar Office in exact time and date which is displayed in your acknowledgement slip and follow as per authorities guidelines to register the property.
